Earned my Certification in Negotiation, having completed a program that covered the negotiating process and styles, strategies and tactics, and the development of the negotiation framework.
A member of the Historic Real Estate Program of the National Trust For Preservation since 2003, my admission followed training in the designation, regulation and classification of historic properties.

In 2010 I achieved the nationally recognized Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation. To earn the GRI, I completed an intensive 14 course series in Real Estate Practice and Ethics.

I return all calls, not a personal assistant. I never turn your search for a new home over to a Buyersʼ Agent. And when your house comes on the market I personally supervise all photography and marketing materials, and attend broker and public open houses.
